III. RECRUITMENT INITIATIVES

	TYPE OF RECRUITMENT INITIATIVE (MENU SELECTION)	BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY
1	Participate in Job Fair	On May 17, 2008, Clear Channel Atlanta participated in the The Latin American Association’s Career Expo is the premier professional Latino Job fair for corporate, nonprofit, and government organizations that seek diversity in their workplace and value bilingualism among their employees. The event provides companies with the opportunity to recruit quality bilingual staff while giving Latino professionals the opportunity to find valuable positions at well-respected companies in the Atlanta area. Our General & Local Sales Managers along with Account Executives collected resumes, conducted interviews, and provided candidates with follow-up information regarding job openings with our SEU.
2	Internship Program	College and graduate students interested in radio careers were given the opportunity to work at the stations to gain real-life experience through unpaid internships for academic credit. Clear Channel Atlanta offered internship opportunities primarily to college juniors and seniors and graduate students. Interns were selected each semester to work in various departments at various stations in the SEU. During the reporting period, 12 interns successfully completed our internship program.
3	Participate in Job Fair	On May 17, 2008, WWVA & WBZY participated in the 26^th Annual Latin American Association Career Expo. Both WWVA & WBZY broadcast on-air advertisements for the fair, collected resumes, and spoke to attendees. Station participants included our Account Executives.
